Inventory preparation and end of tenancy check-outs are skilled tasks. At Chase, we use only qualified consultants with property management backgrounds. All our inventory work follows AIIC (1) and ARLA (2) guidelines.

  • is fully insured for professional indemnity and public liability cover;
  • is an AIIC member;
  • has undergone extensive Chase training.
