Letting Focus Property Seminar on 10th September 2007 - POSTPONED

Laura and Geraldine will explain why it is necessary for landlords to protect their rental property with an independent and thorough inventory. With the recent introduction of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, accurate and independent statements of condition have now become more important than ever.
