Letting Focus Property Seminar on 10th September 2007 - POSTPONED
06th September 2007Chase Inventory Services Directors Laura Stewart and Geraldine Harris will be speaking at the LettingFocus.com Property Seminar on Monday, September 10th.
The LettingFocus.com seminars are run by David Lawrenson - the UK's leading buy-to-let expert - and are popular among both novice and experienced property owners.
Laura and Geraldine will explain why it is necessary for landlords to protect their rental property with an independent and thorough inventory. With the recent introduction of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, accurate and independent statements of condition have now become more important than ever.
The seminar will take place 'downstairs' at the Red Herring Pub at 49 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7ET from 5.30pm onwards.
