Please note our team has been advised not to meet tenants and only to enter a property when it is empty. Agents/ Landlords will be met for keys hand-over only, individually outside the property or office. We ask that Agents, Landlords and tenants wear a mask when interacting with a member of the Chase team.
Our specialist teams will try to travel in their own vehicles and avoid public transport where possible. The team will have sanitiser and will clean their hands frequently during their visit. If occupancy commences immediately after our visit, we recommend that windows are opened and the occupant follow WHO cleaning guidelines.
We will not enter any property where a tenant is still in occupancy.
Please do let us know ASAP if any occupant is self-isolating or unwell so we can cancel the appointment and rearrange for a suitable time after they have vacated. We recommend an appointment is booked 48 hours after a tenant who has had covid or covid symptoms has vacated the property.
